Services

What we build, and where each item stops

Every service here is defined by what it covers. The boundary is what makes a quote comparable, and what keeps open-ended items from surfacing halfway through the job.

Construction and structural works

From excavation and site setup through foundations, reinforced concrete frame and blockwork. The item covers formwork, reinforcement and pouring; it does not cover finishes unless the contract says so explicitly.

  • Excavation and site setup
  • Foundations and footings
  • Reinforced concrete and formwork
  • Blockwork and partitions
  • Extensions to existing buildings

Interior and exterior finishes

Plaster, floors, paint, facades and gypsum work. A sample of every material is approved by the owner before bulk delivery, and the source is fixed in the quote.

  • Plaster and render
  • Flooring, ceramic and marble
  • Interior and exterior paint
  • Facades and cladding
  • Gypsum and decorative work

General and scheduled maintenance

Maintenance contracts on scheduled visits for residential, commercial and hotel buildings, with an emergency callout line. A report after each visit sets out what was checked, what was fixed, and what needs watching.

  • Scheduled preventive visits
  • Plumbing and electrical work
  • Leak treatment
  • Emergency callout
  • Report after every visit

Restoration and rehabilitation

Work on existing buildings. This item always begins with an investigation, because estimating restoration quantities before opening up the structure is guessing, not pricing.

  • Initial structural survey
  • Strengthening structural elements
  • Damp and crack treatment
  • Refinishing
  • Upgrading building services

Project management and delivery

Supervision on the owner’s behalf of a project other contractors are building: tracking the programme, checking valuations before payment, and holding quality on site.

  • Programme tracking
  • Valuation review
  • Site supervision
  • Progress reports to the owner
  • Variation management

Property development and investment

Studying property opportunities and managing their development, within the legal scope confirmed for each case. That scope is set in writing before any commitment.

  • Initial feasibility
  • Development management
  • Supplier and material coordination
  • Delivery oversight

Supply

Coordinating suppliers and materials

Most delay on smaller projects comes from materials rather than labour: an item stops for a week because the order was not placed, or because the approved product ran out and no substitute was agreed.

So the delivery schedule sits inside the programme rather than outside it, and every material has a specification, a source and an arrival date. Substitutions need written approval before delivery, not after.
